One of the much loved highlights at the Denmark Festival of Voice 2019, Gina & Guy left the audience deeply moved and enchanted. Once more we're bringing them back to Denmark. Ancient language, contemporary music, stunning vocals, guitar brilliance.

Gina Williams and Guy Ghouse use music to highlight one of the most beautiful and rare languages; Noongar language of the southern corner of Western Australia.

With less than 400 Noongar language speakers left, their work is about what connects.

BRENDAN CLARKE - AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY - CANBERRA 

Brendan is one of Australia’s premier Bassists who is pursuing the sacred in Jazz improvisation. He is joined for this performance by Kim Cunio (harmonium and more), guitarist Lachlan Coventry and vocalist Darren Percival.

MINDY MENG WANG - MULTICULTURAL ARTS VICTORIA - MELBOURNE

A Chinese/Australian musician, teacher and composer. Her cross-cultural life and professional experience create her unique style, which has been influenced by Chinese classical and western contemporary music and she loves to experiment and improvise on the traditional Chinese instrument - the guzheng.

Mirrah is a passionate artist with a strong message of self-empowerment, positivity, and unity through loving oneself authentically. Mirrah has a melting pot of multicultural influences surging deep through her veins, such as Hip Hop Soul.
